Each client's needs and challenges are unique. Recent engagements span a variety of custom solutions and include:

  • Coached the President and CEO of Bigelow Laboratories for Ocean Sciences and also a US Congresswoman’s Communications Director for their respective TED Talks.

  • Coached leadership and delivered a staff workshop on communication at a non-profit organization that was struggling with trust and collaboration in the workplace, largely due to intergenerational strain and cultural differences.

  • Delivered a workshop for Portland Stage’s incoming intern class on how to transition from college to a professional environment.

  • Worked in tandem with the FBI and the Anti-Defamation League to lead a remote team in delivering ahead of schedule tens of thousands of lines of historical data to launch an interactive online map of hate crimes at the national, state, and city levels.

I’ve given hundreds of talks over the last 30 years but never got formal coaching. In just a few sessions, Callie had me much more grounded in my body and projecting from a center of calm and strength. I wish I had worked with her years ago!!
— Deborah Bronk, President and CEO, Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences

Callie Kimball enjoys successful twin careers in business and in the arts. Her achievements in both fields underscore a unique combination of creative, leadership, and analytical skills.

She has worked for Fortune 100 companies and boutique firms, with an emphasis on communication, process improvement, and leadership development.

Her most significant corporate experience was her seven years at NBCUniversal in New York City. In a time of restructuring due to the recession, she held positions of increasing responsibility, and worked on many innovative digital projects including NBCU's very first online streaming of the Olympics in 2010.

During the challenging transition from GE to Comcast, she continued to level up while earning her Masters degree. Over her many years at NBCU, her colleagues came to rely both on her conflict management skills in dealing with difficult clients, and also on her ability to assess risk and quickly reprioritize multiple initiatives.

Equally significant is her teaching experience, which shows leadership, adaptability, and the ability to distill complex information into various formats and outlets. She’s taught Shakespeare and playwriting in environments that range from at-risk youth to colleges, for class sizes from 10 to 100 students.

Callie is also an award-winning playwright. Her plays have been produced in DC, NYC, LA, Boston, Chicago, and elsewhere, and scholarly articles have been published about her plays.

She completed her undergraduate degree at the College of William and Mary, and received her Masters degree from Hunter College in NYC, with continuing professional development at Harvard University.

She is based in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, and has been organizing everything within arm's reach since she was seven years old.
