FOUNDER and MANAGING DIRECTOR
Callie Kimball enjoys successful twin careers in business and in the arts. Her achievements in both fields underscore a unique combination of creative, leadership, and analytical skills.
She’s led workshops for 10 to 100 people on topics ranging from conflict resolution to resilience, focusing on non-profit organizations and individuals. She founded Starnes Kimball to teach people the skills to work and communicate effectively with candor and purpose.
She completed her undergraduate degree at the College of William and Mary, and received her Masters degree from Hunter College in NYC, with continuing professional development at Harvard University.
She’s been teaching at Bates College since 2019, with a focus on amplifying the creative expression and lived experiences of historically minoritized voices.
Callie is based in Maine, and has been organizing everything within arm's reach since she was seven years old.
